About the Event

It is time to listen to your guts!  It is not just a saying... It is absolutely true that you guts correlate with the way you feel.  The better you treat your guts with the food you eat, the better you would feel.  Join us and learn how you can do it!

As we are transitioning out of lockdown, we are going to be eating out and drinking more frequently. This can wreak havoc on our gut, hormonal and mental health. What we eat can influence how we feel ( via the gut-brain axis) and impact our decision-making process. An unhealthy gut can cause hormonal disruptions which can affect our metabolism, mood, appetite, and heart rate. In this webinar, I will explain the connection between your gut, your hormones, and your mental health. I will also share my top tips to stay on top of your health even when you have a busy lifestyle.

In this webinar you will learn:

1- What and how to eat to maintain a healthy weight and avoid mood swings.

2- Amani Kaite will share the main reasons why we tend to overeat or snack throughout the day and still feel hungry. She will share het TOP TIPS to reduce cravings, maintain a healthy weight, and manage mood swings.

What people say about Amani (Jay, 55, Kent, July, 2020)

I feel great because the worries about foods have almost fully goneEating well has allowed me to lose some weight, my skin feels lovely and soft, I exercise a lot more now and I generally feel so much better now.

I would definitely recommend Amani if anyone has any gut issues or similar symptoms that aren't getting better or allowing you to live a normal life then don't suffer in silence, seek help and get yourself better.

Thank you so much for all your help and support.

Jay''
